How we work:
Work from where you do your best output, based on what the team needs. In practise the current team works regularly from home, but coordinate when to come into the office for brainstorming and team sessions. There seems to be a separation when it comes to working from home, where some love it and some prefer office-based activity. We only care about the output you do.
